Responsibilities:
This person will work with sales management, customers, and internal members to provide outstanding support.
This position will be responsible for contacting customers, suppliers and coordinating with sales to provide suitable solution documentation.
This position will work with our customers and production team to input and organize VMI program inputs as well as supporting additional office and business functions.

Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from customers and vendors.

Understand customer relationships in order to recognize and take advantage of opportunities to grow the business, while improving the overall internal processes
Conscientiously update and organize files and contracts
Support of sales requests to ensure we meet and exceed customers expectations
Follow-up of orders to ensure they are processing on-time
Support continuous improvement and quality objectives
Valid Drivers License required some, travel involved
Qualifications:

Good understanding of order processing and business/office documentation.

Knowledge of manufacturing facilities is preferred.

Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions.

Proficiency of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral).

Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Highly effective team player with interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Effectively communicate to management, vendors, customers and other employees of the organization.
